About a year ago, I had written on a FB board about my frustration in getting help from a cruise line due to a passing in the family. To my surprise, Chris reached out to me and asked about the situation and basically took over the matter for me, fixing the problem. Since then, I have used Chris at least 4 more times in booking a cruise for my wife Linda and myself. Chris has been wonderful.

Chris is very knowledgeable about the travel industry, especially cruising. He goes above and beyond for his clients, and is always just a phone call or message away. He responds quickly, and resolves issues swiftly, although this is rarely needed. He has helped plan multiple extended-family cruises with multiple room needs (ADA, kid-friendly, etc). I will not hesitate to use him in the future.
